‘Experience Intelligence’ provider InMoment is expanding its training program the CX Academy across Europe, following what is says has been a successful launch in Germany in 2018. The Academy is offered in partnership with MSR Consulting Group.
InMoment, itself the result of a merger between US firm Mindshare Technologies and Canadian company Empathica, agreed earlier this year to merge with MaritzCX.
Starting next month, CX managers can access a ‘comprehensive’ training programme of four two-day units spread out throughout the year, focused on practical tools rather than theory and including customer journey mapping, analytics, cultural change, and creating high impact action plans.
According to Derek Eccleston (pictured), Expert Services Director at InMoment, ‘The CX Academy is aimed at anyone who has a central responsibility for their organisation’s CX programme and is designed to teach delegates the skills required to cover the complex range of responsibilities a CX manager faces’. MSR Managing Director Michael Kullmann comments: ‘We are the first to combine training sessions, providing a broad knowledge base of CX deliverables with networking opportunities, peer exchange and continuous coaching, which extends beyond the four sessions’.
