Media and customer experience (CX) business group Dentsu International has appointed Keith Lippiatt as global chief operating officer for its CX work.
Lippiatt will work across mutliple Dentsu departments and will be charged with ensuring the company’s CX operations meet growth and profitability plans.
He will report to Neil Gissler, global chief operating officer at Dentsu International, and Craig Dempster, global chief executive officer at Dentsu International.
Prior to his appointment at Dentsu, Lippiatt spent 27 years at Accenture, most recently as senior managing director heading up the firm’s global intelligent cloud and infrastructure services.
Dentsu is made up of nine major brands, including CX firm Merkle, and operates in 145 countries.
Dempster said about the appointment: “Coming from such a strong technology background, and specifically the cloud services arena, he will be an invaluable asset in one of the major growth areas for our future, one in which we intend to compete at a whole new level in the marketplace.”
