We call it TheCustomer Roundtable.

One of the greatest aspects of this job is the fact that we get to interact with some of the smartest people in business on a fairly regular basis.  If you weren’t aware, over the past several months we’ve been hosting roundtable discussions with some of those people, taking on a chunky swath of topics related to customer engagement.  Our guests have been, variously, company CEOs, Presidents, VPs, strategists, evangelists, consultants, advisors, technology and service providers and pretty much everyone in between.  These discussions, over time, have begun to engender other healthy conversations around our space, and are starting to elevate the broader discourse to be more inclusive, more open, and even more vulnerable on themes that we know we’re all dealing with, but may have been uncomfortable talking about.
